HealthDrop exports selected HealthKit data from your iPhone to a destination you choose.

Common Setup
  1. Open HealthDrop and grant HealthKit read access.
  2. Choose iCloud Drive, share sheet, or your own HTTP endpoint.
  3. Tap Export to create a seven-day JSON snapshot.
Troubleshooting

If HealthKit data is missing, check iOS Settings and confirm HealthDrop has permission to read the relevant health categories. If iCloud exports do not appear immediately, give iCloud Drive a few minutes to sync.
